Retention
Data submitted through the contact form will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, but no longer than 12 months from the last contact. If discussions lead to a contract, the data may be retained for the duration of the contract and until the applicable limitation period for claims expires. Data will be deleted earlier if it is no longer needed and there is no other legal basis for further processing.
Recipients, hosting and processors
We do not sell personal data. Data may be entrusted to the website hosting provider and to the email or contact-form service provider, solely to the extent necessary to provide those services. The current providers are DigitalOcean for website hosting and Resend for email and contact-form delivery.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to the competent supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise a right.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the controller will rely on the transfer safeguards applicable to that provider and service.
